1. Order Eligibility:
Catalog options are available exclusively for bulk orders.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
The MOQ for products is as follows:
- 12 Units: T-shirts, Sandos, and Shorts.
- 20 Units: Jackets, track pants, tracksuits, hoodies, and similar items.
- Orders must meet the specified MOQ to be processed.
3. Lead Time:
- A lead time of up to 10 business days is required to fulfill orders of up to 100 units.
- For orders exceeding 100 units, please contact us for an estimated lead time.
- The lead time will commence only after the order is confirmed and the advance payment is processed.
4. Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Product Information:
We make every effort to provide accurate product information, including colors and sizes. However, variations may occur due to different display settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately represents the product.
Despite our efforts, errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product details may occur.
6. Shipping:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
Orders returned due to incorrect mobile numbers or addresses, including pin codes, will incur additional charges for reshipping.
7. International Orders:
For international orders, pricing will be provided in USD.
Standard shipping rates are included in the pricing; additional charges may apply for express deliveries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns and Exchanges:
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
We cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection once products are custom printed.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify our team within 2 days of receiving the order for assistance.
10. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items returned beyond the specified return period.
11. Pricing and Payment:
- All prices are ex-godown Pune and are subject to change without prior notice.
- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm an order. The order will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
12. Liability:
By using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the firm, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, labilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services, breach of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
